A community rich with offerings
Welcome! We thought you’d enjoy a little history of how Fairview began, and why we love working here in the Upstate. Our office was intentionally placed just minutes from the three Cliffs Mountain communities so we could serve our clients easily and have our finger on the pulse of life near the mountains, lakes and the surrounding communities.
Mountain Park, which we’re featuring this month is the newest of the 7 Cliffs communities and is drawing more attention by the month for its convenient location to Greenville, the walkable golf course, friendly neighbors, the Sports Pavillion which will be completed in late summer, plus walking trails, bicycle friendly roads, a very active social calendar, amazing meals at The Cabin, and views for days! So many ways to take in the natural beauty, and stay healthy.
While inspecting the color renderings of the new Sports Pavillion and looking over the build site, we found the glass walled courts unlike Pickleball courts. We discovered that it’s a popular doubles game called Padel, which uses a lower net, a non-string racket, and has a faster pace than Pickleball (due to the glass walls), but is scored like tennis. (Those glass walls also welcome more spectators)! This is another innovative addition to the highly anticipated amenity.
We look forward to seeing you more often as the warmer weather brings us back out for another beautiful season of outdoor blessings.

Our Crowne Hill Model Home in Mountain Park is
GETTING CLOSER!
We’re less than 6 weeks away from our beautiful Crowne Hill Model Home in Mountain Park going on the market! Our subcontractor and vendor partners are in full swing and the reveal is being set for the first week of April. We look forward to sharing the hard work and skill of so many of our partners.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE TIPS
MAINTENANCE TIP #1
Before the third mowing (which after rain and warm temps could be soon), it’s the perfect time to treat your lawn with a Pre-emergent weed killer and Turf Builder combination product. Don’t let those weeds be the first thing to thrive! A healthy turf is a great weed deterrent.
MAINTENANCE TIP #2
While cleaning away any of those stray leaves that settled around your shrubs this winter, it’s a great time to drop some fresh pine straw before any garden weeds or “volunteer” trees try to take root when the gardens warm up.
No matter what the groundhog said, Spring is quickly approaching!
