Steve’s experience and professionalism were highly sought-after in the early days of The Cliffs and similar developments on Lake Keowee. 1994
Steve moved the family to Greenville, SC after selling a highly successful engineering and construction firm he founded in Lima, Ohio.
2000
Steve began developing Lake Keowee lots at the Royal Reserve.
2004
Fairview Builders began building in The Cliffs Communities.
2012
Chris joined Steve full-time after completing Clemson’s Construction Science Management program with Honors.
2013
Fairview won it's first Pinnacle Award by the HBA of SC for Best Overall New Home- now a yearly tradition.
2020
Drew was named HBA of Greenville Builder of the Year.
